The Music x Tech Experience is beatvyne’s annual event, bringing together 2500+ global leaders and innovators of the music, tech and multimedia industries to discuss the future of the entertainment industry and encourage interdisciplinary collaborations, with a focus on the fan experience.

The Music x Tech Experience takes place on October 11-12, 2019 at the RDS Dublin (Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin D4, Ireland).

The Official Launch Party is on October 10th.

The Artist Callout is open to:

• artists from anywhere in the world;
• from solo acts to full piece bands;
• of all genres.

All non-Irish and non-EU citizens are responsible for securing their own visas for entry into Ireland.

#MxT2019 offers a great platform to perform in front of the world’s biggest players from the music, tech and multimedia industries as well as associated ecosystems.

Your application must be submitted by 31st July 2019 (11:59pm GMT).

All applicants will be notified of their status on or before 18th August 2019.

Performances will take place between October 10-12, 2019.

You must complete your beatvyne Artist Callout Account to be considered to perform at #MxT2019.

Within 48 hours of submitting you will receive a confirmation email from beatvyne. If you do not receive notification within 48 hours, please follow up by email to ensure your artist application has been submitted properly and is under consideration.

Deciding on who makes the cut is done by beatvyne’s #MxT2019 programming crew and selecting partners.

Selected artists are chosen by quality, live experience, professionalism, innovation and more.

Take a look at our selection criteria for a better understanding of how we choose who performs at #MxT2019.
Points are allocated to each category and reviewed by multiple parties. Invitations are then sent to chosen artists to perform.

We do our best to reply to everybody that applies but due to the overwhelming amount of applications, it may not be possible to respond to all the amazing applicants and we apologise if this causes offence. We would like to encourage you to keep making music and try again with us next time round.

Invited Artists are guaranteed at least one performance:

• Performance durations are approx. between 30 and 40 minutes
• Performances will be scheduled October 10th to October 12th, 2019 generally between 5pm-2am (exceptions do apply)
• Venue, time and date assignment will vary

At beatvyne we strive to find opportunities for artists and therefore all selected artists to play beatvyne’s Music x Tech Experience will receive two Artist Passes (two Attendee – Full Pass tickets at the value of €275 per ticket).

Our selection partner, Windmill Lane Recording Studios, will also offer recording time to one of the selected artists.

Each selected artist also has an option to purchase two discounted MxT tickets for working crew members.

beatvyne does not cover travel and accommodation expenses, but we will assist you to find the best suited arrangements.

The official #MxT2019 performance is Artist’s first performance priority.

Selected artists agree not to perform any non-MxT event or any event that MxT deems to be a conflict and/or adversely affects beatvyne’s Music x Tech Experience between Oct 10th – 12th, 2019. Other performances during this time is subject to prior written approval.

In-store performances at record stores and any radio and television performances under ten (10) minutes in length are not subject to this restriction.

Artist Passes grant a max. of two performers from each selected artist access to all talks at #MxT2019, workshops, the official launch party, side events, and all networking opportunities. 

Invited artists do not need to purchase a MxT ticket to apply for or to perform at a MxT event. Artists who are not selected to perform will be able to purchase MxT tickets at the lowest available registration rate after notification of status, if they choose to do so. There are no refunds if you purchase a registration at a higher rate, or decide not to attend if you are not offered a performance.

The #MxT2019 Artist Callout offers artists the opportunity to play the MxT stage, the Official Launch Party and/or at Side Events in association with beatvyne’s Music x Tech Experience 2019.
